We take part in lots of adventurous activities such as camping, pioneering, climbing and fire lighting as well as playing games and learning new skills.

A whole week away in Wales in the beautiful setting of Snowdonia National Park

October 10th to 12th 2014
We went camping in Snowdonia where we completed our National 3 Peaks Challenge by climbing Snowdon 
September 26th 2014
We did a Night Hike with a sleepover at the Headquarters

July 20 - 26th Scotland Week Camp
To start the week we were camping at the foot of Ben Nevis for two nights, to allow us to gain the second of our three peaks. From there we travelled to Meggernie one of Scotland’s National activity centres where we camped and took part in various adventurous activities both on site and off.  We then headed to the historical city of Edinburgh for our last night where we paid a visit to  the castle and other city attractions.

June 21 - 22nd The Yorkshire 3 Peaks weekend, our Scouts will tackle the 3 peaks over 2 days.

June 14 - 15th Saw some of our Scouts taking part in the District Challenge where they were involved in the planning of their expedition, travel for at least 4 hours a day using a map as their guide then Camp overnight and cook their own dinner and breakfast.
June 6 - 8th Group Camp at Bradley Wood, a fun weekend of activities along with the rest of the group.
